4. Staff IOC Servicedesk

Job Description

• Menerima tiket laporan
• Mengerjakan tiket laporan atau meneruskan tiket laporan ke level 2 atau 3
• Menginformasikan & create email pemberitahuan ke operasional terkait maintenance
• Monitoring & koordinasi ke pelapor/solver/vendor
• Melakukan kunjungan maintenance ke site client sesuai permintaan dan/ atau jadwal yang dibutuhkan
• Melakukan pembuatan report dari hasil maintenance

Job Requirement

• Usia Maksimal 30 tahun
• Pendidikan minimal S1 Jurusan Komputer, seperti : Teknik Informatika dan Sistem Informasi
• Mampu menggunakan aplikasi komputer, terutama mengenai pengolahan data (Ms. Office)
• Memahami bahasa pemograman PHP dan database MySQL
• Menguasai kemampuan troubleshoot network, hardware, software Mampu bekerja dan berkomunikasi dalam kelompok
• Memiliki ketelitian yang tinggi dan menyelesaikan tugas tepat waktu

5. Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer

Job Description

• You will be responsible to modelling and developing out robotic processes during the project development stage.
• You will also also be responsible to updating and maintaining Developer Standards around RPA best practices.
• Mentoring and guiding peers via code reviews, dev sessions and pair-programming.
• Learn and able to adapt with new technology.
• Investigating and documenting better practices/alternative solutions that could be used in future development.
• Work closely with our product and data science teams to define feature specifications.

• Anywhere, WorkFusion, Robocorp, Robotframework).
• Willingness to learn and become an expert in RPA and other Automation Technologies.

6. UI/UX Design Digital CTP

Job Description

• Membuat visual design yang sangat menarik dari wireframe yang telah dibuat untuk mobile app/website
• Membuat konsep, gambar rangka, & prototipe yang berfokus pada pengguna
• Membuat style guide & assets creation
• Menggunakan design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, XD and Sketch
• Membuat storyboards, process flow and sitemaps

Job Requirement

• Pendidikan minimal D3 jurusan/program studi (bisa salah satu) Ilmu Komputer, Manajemen Informatika,
• Teknik Informatika, Teknik Komputer atau yang sejenis
• Diutamakan pernah terlibat dalam project UI / UX Design atau Research
• Terbiasa menggunakan Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Visio dan Word)
• Mempunyai skill dasar database, minimal SQL
• Siap bekerjasama dalam tim maupun unit di luar departemen

7. Backend Developer (mobile)

Job Description

• Write programming code, either from scratch or adapting from other source code to meet business requirements.
• Candidates can prefer to work as a Frontend or Back-end developer.
• Back-end developer is responsible for server-side web application logic and integration of the work front-end web developers do. Back-end developers usually write web services and APIs used by front-end developers and mobile application developers.
• Able to design, create or build, enhance, or extend API and other backend interface.
• Experience in using build/deploy tools such as Jenkins, Docker and Kubernetes or other container orchestration platform for Continuous Integration & Deployment.
• Experience in developing microservices.
• Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or other related filed
• At least 3-5 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  Minimum 1 year experience with Nodejs
• Java and Spring Boot knowledge is a plus
• Good understanding of modern development principles such as Object-Oriented Programming, Design Pattern
• Good knowledge of ReST Api
• Strong Knowledge and experience in building user-centric website using modern HTML5, CSS3, and JS/jQuery or JS Frameworks
• Knowledge and experience with frameworks, CSS preprocessors, task runners (e.g. React.js, Vue.js).
• Working knowledge of version control systems, i.e. Git or GitHub
